  If I could rate it lower I would. Parked in the VERY EMPTY parking lot and was getting food to go from across the street BEFORE going to get "wings" to go (kids wanted one restaurant and adults wanted the other), and within 20 minutes they had my car towed!! Was beyond mad to find my car gone...20 minutes!!! Really...really...really. Never, never, never would I frequent any BWW again! Tow signs, yes, was going to get food at your place, yes...but after finding my car gone why would I even bother!!!
  
  Got my car at the tow yard for our hour drive back home (400+ later) and go home so pissed still i can't sleep. Guarantee I will be calling the manager tomorrow.

  We were just at the BWW, and that was the worst service I have had at any restaurant in a long time. I tried to order a Buffalo bleu burger, just with the description of the burger itself, minus the veggies that come on the burger. I just wanted the burger with the sauce and cheese that came on it, as the flavors sounded good. The waitress was having trouble with that, and then just asked me if I wanted a plain cheeseburger. I said no, because that isn't what I wanted. I wanted the Buffalo bleu burger w/o veggies. Easy enough. A waitress shouldn't argue with me about what I want. I gave up and ordered an appetizer since apparently I was not going to get what I wanted. I left the restaurant hungry. If we had not been with a party of people for a birthday, I would have walked out at that point.
  
  My boyfriend ordered the wings, but did not get everything that came with his meal either; others in the party of people we were with did receive everything, and he ordered the exact same thing. The service was very slow. We were there with a party, and when the birthday cake was brought out, you would have expected that the waitress would have cleared out all of our dirty dinner dishes, to make room for our dessert. That did not happen, and we just had to try to stack them in the middle of the table so we could even have our dessert.
  
  You could see 3 wait staff just sitting around talking for about 15 minutes on the floor, when clearly they could have been assisting elsewhere. And then it took quite a while to get our checks, so we could leave. We will definitely not ever go back there. It was overpriced, for the poorest service and mediocre food.

  I've been coming to BWW for a long time now and I gotta say that their quality dropped considerably.
  
  Ever since they were purchased by Roark Capital ( same firm that owns Arby's) their quality dropped even more.
  
  Note: their Tuesday / Thursday deals changed, so ask your waiter what the deal that day is
  
  Wings:
  They used to be decently sized and sauced nicely. My previous 3-4 visits left me quite disappointed. Barely warm wings , nearly sauceless and overall presentation was not up to par.
  
  Sides:
  They got SO stingy with their Blue cheese and Ranch, it's ridiculous. Every time I ask for ranch to be filled properly , they bring out half cups. And when asking for more they charge like .50 cents for a cup.
  
  Beer:
  Priced normally but it takes a long time to get your beer at times. I've waited upwards of 15-20 mins to get a simple beer.
  
  Service:
  Same level of service which is nice to know that even though the food ain't great , their service isn't all that bad.

  The server was very friendly and nice but he brought out some trays with someone's chewed gum stuck to the parchment paper. When he came back we pointed it out to him right away. He apologized and brought us a new tray. I just can't believe how dirty and careless some of these workers are.
  
  We also ordered some nachos and it was a salt bomb in our mouths!
